This case of derma symptoms caused because the patient ate seafood. The skin allergies showed on his neck and thigh, with reddish, itchiness and partial heat. After acupuncture and TCM herb therapy for 3 weeks, the degree of the discomforts reduced, the previous erythema had decrustated and recovered in a better skin condition. In acupuncture we called the method as “ reinforcing and reducing method”, likewise, in herb therapy we called “tonification and purgation in combination”, both are manipulated under the standard diagnosis of TCM doctors.

During Christmas season, people are usually busy and have irregular sleeping time and meals, which cause the immune system too weak to defend any virus from flues or allergen from their pets. Patient who suffered from years of herpes on her finger, which causing itchiness and skin off, after treatment for one week, presents the well recovery.  For herpes on finger, it's an on and off derma disease, easy occurs when touch chemical contained detergent cleanser or under humid environment. For modern therapy is using hormone related medication , it's fast to reduce the itchiness but also easily reoccur if stop the medicine. The worse situation of herpes is when patient couldn't stand the severely itchiness and over scratch could cause infection if making a wound. For TCM treatment, we change the inner environment of the patient, so the herpes will not have any reason to stay. Patient wears airtight pants such as fit jeans, which easily cause eczema when sweating in humid and hot weather. Meanwhile, as her body type due to our TCM diagnosis, is “dampness-heat of lung and bladder” which presented in her heat type cough, and urination.  After one session of acupuncture and one week TCM herb medicine, the reddish reduce and no more itchiness, as well reduce her cough and no more heat feeling during urination.
